Please use this form to register a child or young person for activities at St Mary’s.  Please use one form per child or young person

You can register for more than one group

Junior Church is for children 3-13

Youth groups are 13 – 18

Junior Choir is for ages 7 – 14.

We have other activities for very young children at some of our services on Sunday and during the week.

All our children and families work is done in line with our Safeguarding and Social Media Policies which you can find here
